Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day. Once your order has been prepared and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Estimated delivery time is 7–21 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier operations, customs processing, and seasonal demand periods. Most orders arrive well within the standard timeframe.

All orders include tracking. Tracking updates may take 2–5 days after dispatch to appear as the parcel moves through the carrier network.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed. If an incorrect address is provided and the parcel is delivered, we are unable to reship or refund the order.

While we aim to meet all delivery estimates, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control such as weather events, carrier disruptions, or customs inspections. If your order has not arrived after 21 business days, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier immediately.
